Smooth and Easy
The entire process was easy and went smoothly. the only hold up was my doctor getting information to Jake (service rep). He kept working until he got everything, Answered all my questions. He was even able to match a lower price I found at another company and still allow me to keep all the warranties in place. will definitely use them again!

Katie Yeadon delivers.
Your representative, Katie Yeadon, worked very hard and successfully to make an O2 concentrator available to me despite the uncooperative IDIOTS in my doctor's office and elsewhere. I received the unit on 3/14/25, set it up and using it to improve my "in-home" living.

Great customer service
After trying for 2 months to get my CPAP provider to fill the supplemental oxygen prescription, Sean made the process to buy an oxygen concentrator so easy. Shipped right away.

Best Find Of The Year
Found them on the internet. Agent called me, Colton Smith...what a great guy. WOW, did he know his stuff...and walked me through options I was not aware of as a first time customer. I needed the concentrator asap...it was here in 48 hours, right on time. Colton even followed up with me in case I had questions, which I did, and he solved immediately. Never thought I'd have such a good experience with an Oxygen store....LOL. I am a customer for life. =)
