Friendly, professional and helpful. The whole process was a breath of fresh air (no pun intended). Great company to work with. It was nice to speak with someone on the telephone I could understand and didn't have an attitude. So many people these days are entitled or don't care to help or do their job. And your company is not one of them. Please don't ever change. You have a lot of elderly customers and you guys are on point with quality service and products. I cannot thank you all enough.
