The good and the not so good
To start; my experience with the sales rep was "spot on" with the exception of feeling a bit pushed to make a quick decision. All worked out well though. In my mind there is so much insanity going on with regards to the writing of this review. "Guidelines" and "How to", are you serious? I do admit however it was quite comical.

When talking with Mars he explained…
When talking with Mars he explained everything to me in a way I could understand, and didn't try to sell me the most expensive one. I came in the day they said it would and so far service has been great.

Salesman was great
Salesman was great. Concentrator quit working the second time she used it, but seems to be working good now.

The machine was returned but new one being delivered
Even though the machine we originally received had to be replaced we were pleased with how courteous and helpful everyone was in explaining the process. They have stayed in touch with us and have answered all of our questions.

Would have given a 5 had it not been for the confusion caused by the warehouse when sending a new machine back to us after a defective model was returned already. They put a UPS EXCHANGE label by mistake.

Expensive air
It was actually just okay. The salesman who I worked with was knowledgeable. I feel the price is high for someone on a fixed income. The carrying case sent is way to small and the machine is heavier than I expected.
