It doesn't get better than this!
This is the third portable oxygen concentrator I have purchased from the Oxygen Concentrator Store. When I decided I needed a smaller, lighter model to use for travel and cruising, I contacted Nick because I knew the Oxygen Concentrator Store excels at customer service. Nick answered all my questions and helped me choose what accessories I needed. Nick's business knowledge and his friendly, engaging personality made me feel confident about my choice of an Inogen Rove 4. I'm ready for cruise excursions now!!

You all listened from sales to service…
You all listened from sales to service and I so appreciate a good company just wish your prices could be a bit better for a repeat customer. Service sent me a text on how to fix my machine but needed more work but it was shipped, serviced and redelivered in just a 2 weeks down time. Good company. Just make sure you get all the info on the product you are buying like maintenance and the cost beforehand.

I love my Eclipse 5 made by Caire
I love my Eclipse 5 made by Caire. I had rented another unit for traveling and thought that was what I wanted to buy. Drew asked if I would consider other options and did a great job comparing my options. He noted both the advantages and limitations of each and stressed it was my decision. He is extremely knowledgeable. He answered my long list of questions clearly, and expanded on the information. He insured I understood and was very patient. He is easy to work with, an excellent communicator, applied no pressure and was super helpful. I spoke with several other firms before. I am very impressed with Drew and the Oxygen Concentrator Store.
