It took a while to get my prescription…
It took a while to get my prescription straight. The Oxygen Concentrator Store stuck with me over a period of what seemed like two months. Once my prescription was correct, I had my new concentrator at my door in three days. Also, every time I called, a human answered the phone, not a digital message. May seem old school, but I liked talking to someone. The Oxygen Concentrator Store does sales and service. If I have any problems with my equipment, I will send it to them for repair. Thanks. It was a pleasure doing business with the Oxygen Concentrator Store. Highly recommended.

I contact your store to find a BIG…
I contact your store to find a BIG Battery for my Inogen portable concentrator and NICK was more than help full and once I got the financing figured out, I had the bettery within 24 hours! It works great.

Refurbished external battery charger
I was able to purchase a refurbished external battery charger for my wife’s Caire concentrator. Although Caire prices this item at an unreasonably high price $250 retail, OCS was able to sell me a refurbished one for $175 which took some of the sting out of it. This charger is no different than one you would purchase to recharge a drill for $49. Just unique connectors which makes you have to purchase a Caire version.
