got what I wanted for a fair price and when I wanted it… couldn’t ask for more ( except better grammar on my part)

I ordered an inogen 6 from Oxygen concentrator store. I asked about an online discount and received a great price for my unit. It was to arrive 3-5 business days and it arrived on day 3. Everything was packaged very well with a folder containing clear instructions and receipt. Everything went very smoothly and I would recommend this company for oxygen supplies to others.

Thank you, Kim. We are glad the online discount worked out and that your unit arrived ahead of the estimate. Clear instructions and a well packed box make a real difference, so it is good to hear that landed well. We appreciate the recommendation. After much research, decided to purchase a more portable oxygen unit for travel. Once decision was made, found OCS to be a five star supplier. Ordered and received quickly, and am now using. Colton made it all happen in a very short period of time. Thank you!

Katie was so helpful in suggesting the best concentrator for my needs. I chose the Inogen 5L home concentrator and actually bought two, so I could leave one with out of state family. It’s much lighter, smaller, and quieter than the one my insurance provides. I’m very happy with my purchase and highly recommend Katie from the Oxygen Concentrator Store!
Response from Oxygen Concentrator StoreSep 14, 2026
Thank you, Joanne. Katie is great about matching the right concentrator to what someone actually needs, and we will pass your kind words along to her. Keeping a second unit with family out of state is a smart setup. We appreciate the recommendation. If you ever need anything else, feel free to reach out, we're here to help!
