Customer service is very good.
Customer service is very good. However, the reason I didn't give five stars is because your prices are higher than comparable companies.

Meri was very helpful and I am pleased…
Meri was very helpful and I am pleased with the products I ordered. My only complaint is that Meri would not let me pay for my purchase with a personal check.

Very good experience
Bret was very helpful. Answered questions. Was knowledgeable about the product. Made the process easy. Knew the Federal regulations and requirements. 5 stars for the purchase process. Shipping was free but it took a week and the tracking never worked. This was frustrating.

I was pleased with the representative…
I was pleased with the representative that helped with our return. He was very friendly and helpful. I would have given 5 stars had they not made me worry so much about the return of the defective machine by not getting the UPS return label to me when they said they would. Otherwise all other experience with this company was great!
