Customer service was outstanding
I received a call after my 1st call was made and was told my inogen was one of your sales product. The second call was from your equipment sales person who set me up for the needed tower for my inogen and would be arriving in 2 or 3 days. He then gave me a discount as well as exceptional service.many thanks

This customer service / support, and assistance team is simply fantastic. I've never had an issue that wasn't resolved quickly, efficiently and with expert knowledge of their products. Nothing else needs to be written. The BEST team!

Brent Howell really is an Oxygen Specialist
Brent Howell really is an Oxygen Specialist! My family member needed a special application for this oxy concentrator. Brent was able to pick out the correct unit for me to purchase. My engineering back-round makes me ask questions that do not have answers on a web site. Brent successfully and quickly did the research to verify that the concentrator would be the correct one out of the many types that he could sell me. He was very professional and I would recommend him highly to anyone who needs expert advice on a purchase!

Oxyhome 5L Repair
Tech and phone support was very good. The Oxygen Concentrator Store contacted me and explained the repair. The unit was returned within two weeks and is working fine. The Oxygen Concentrator is my life support, and it would be nice, if a backup unit could be provided before the unit to be repaired is returned. I understand that would involve additional cost, but it would be worth it, if this was to be my primary care unit. I like the Oxyhome 5L because is very quiet, which is useful when watching TV or talking to friends.
