Ian knew what he was doing!
Ian really helped us figure out what we needed and how the new machine would help us. Obviously he knew what he was doing, but he put the pulseoximeter on my mother's finger and the new machine brought her oxygen saturation level up to an acceptable level, far above the current machine level.
