Your staff do good job
Your staff do good job but your prices outrageous. You know that individuals who need your product don't have any alternatives and you take advantage of that. I guess that makes you good entripenures. Sleep well. Hope you never need your product.

Above standard sales at every level
I was especially hesitant to speak to a rep as a 38 yr old CRPS patient and then I met Brent Howell. Brent had a rhythm of frank honesty that my wife and I were hoping for that when we called. He comfortably answered obscure and fraught questions related to db. levels/lithium cycles/FAA regulations/weight/repairability and invites you to learn more. He talked me through things I hadn't considered and went above and beyond to help me receive my machines (one portable and one for home). My pulmonologist has refused many requests from my insurance, other doctors, etc... and he sorted it out, spent the 40 minutes on hold and got the job done. I can't commend him highly enough.

Luke Corrick Rocks!

Excellent from start to finish.
Everything from the first moment I spoke to Luke the sales representative it was like my own personal consultant. I am so pleased with how it all went from start to finish. Totally recommend this company to help you through the process of finding the correct equipment that you need.

Great company to work with
All our questions were answered quickly. We are return customers and have been satisfied with this company for eight years. Our first Inogen portable concentrator performed flawlessly (until it didn't, I'd say eight years is pretty darn good though) and we felt good about purchasing another from the Oxygen Concentrator Store. Shipping was very fast and packaging was great. Thanks
