The excitement to make a sale was a little over the top when my calls were first answered. Having made three calls and talked to three different individuals it wasn't until I connected with Doug Murphy that a conversation got started. After determining my independent study of the different machines that you were offering, I was confident that Doug was fully aware of my concerns and that he was offering best POC for the job of O2 delivery and battery life. Yes, I went with the heaviest unit available but the trade off to the next lighter unit was not a winning combination. This unit will integrate with my CPAP while in constant mode.

after my purchase i was told that i…
after my purchase i was told that i would have to replace parts to the unit during the 3 yr warranty time period but the parts are not covered under the warranty. cost to me will be something like $200. this is a very very very limited warranty. didnt know that before i bought. buyer beware!!!
