Eclipse 5 POC
Eclipse 5 POC arrived on time. Handle was broken, but service department arranged for an out of box exchange even after we trialed the unit. Pricing was far better than other vendors and ordering of additional accessories was easy. Only concern that did not really affect us is that the 7-day trial is limited to only 10hrs of use which may not be long enough to fully assess the product, especially if it is used for an overnight trial. Overall good experience.

BEST place to shop for oxygen concentrators
Nick made purchasing my new concentrator a breeze ! He was both professional and personable. His suggestions and recommendations were spot on. I couldn't be happier with my Inogen One Rove 6 concentrator.

Order Mix Up
My order with your salesman was incorrect. Both the salesman and myself were at fault since we assumed the other knew what unit we were talking about. When I came to pick up the unit, I realized it was the wrong unit. Your personnel at your location said no problem and were able to get me the correct unit without any problems. Thank you.
