It started with the female technician who called me in response to a question, she took the time to explain some things I didn’t understand. Then Todd Gordon answered on email and then by phone about the Inogen 5, that I was interested in. During the communications without any upselling he told me about the Inogen 6. By the way I do have a SimplyGo from you. Anyhow it seemed like the Rove 6 was what was right for me. Yikes- much much quieter than the SimplyGo, faster to get to speed. I use 6 pulsed by tank, and the Rover 6 supplies this. Ext Mr. Gordon worked with me to get a copy of my prescription off of MyChart to get the order placed.
