The order took longer than the 3 days…
The order took longer than the 3 days cited. Not that it was a big deal, but let's just try to do better next year when I order...it may be a little more critical.

The product is outstanding
The product is outstanding. Customer service was outstanding. The shipping was slow as a snail, however received my shipping charges credited back. Thanks!

Quick, easy and fast service. The only downfall would be the charger for the car does not work well.

The Oxygen Concentrator Store impressed me.
The people I spoke with were very helpful in making a decision on which concentrator to buy. The concentrator is doing what i expected and I don't anticipate any problems.

After purchase customer service
Customer service was great before I purchased my OxyHome concentrator. Sadly, once I received the unit and turned it on, it had a terrible smell. I tried to contact my sales rep and also emailed the company. I did not hear anything from them. Thank goodness it just seemed to be an easy fix with letting the machine run for several hours, but it would have been nice if someone had contacted me. I shopped around quite a bit before purchasing this unit, and they do seem to have the best prices on all units, with free shipping! Just happy it wasn’t a major issue after purchase.
