Serendipity that saved me!
I was in desperate need of some assistance because I had to be on oxygen 24 seven and my tank was running out when they sent me home from the hospital and the delivery people did not show up and were definitely letting me down. My daughter got a hold of the concentrator store and a poor employee who was just about to leave. My daughter explained my situation and he stayed for her to come and pick up a concentrator for me so that I would have oxygen that night. The next day, we were so impressed with their customer service that we purchased my portable unit from them as well. I have never seen such great concern for people that seem to be much more than just a sale to these guys. So happy we found them.

They didn’t push to make a sale on the…
They didn’t push to make a sale on the first contract. They explained the various options to help decide which machine and accessories we would need to help live a “normal“ life style without being tied to electrical outlets.

Wow! Very Impressed!

slow delivery
took a month t get a working O2 generator. batteys wouldnt charge new bats new cord new unit. now works, both 4 hour batteries only charge 1hr 40 min. need better quality conrtol,
