Home Concentrator Replacement
I needed to replace my home concentrator and I wanted another Caire Companion 5 which is the same model I'm replacing. I like it because it's quieter than most and only weighs about 36 lbs. I purchased my existing unit from the Oxygen Concentrator Store just over 2 years ago so it was still under warranty. Rather than send it away to have it repaired I decided to replace it because the warranty was going to run out next year. When I called, the customer service rep that answered my call was very helpful. She confirmed that they had the same model, the price of the unit was less than what I expected and it arrived in about 3 days. The service was stellar in my opinion.
