I love my portable oxygen machine. I got a “replace columns” message just before I had it one year. I sent an email, and they called me within 15 minutes! They had me read a serial number, said it was under warranty, and sent me a replacement column for free. It arrived within a few days with instructions and I replaced it in just a few minutes. The columns would have cost about $175 if not within warranty. This is people-centered company, not at all bureaucratic.

The buying process was simple. The unit came quickly, but just having received it, l haven't a chance to use it but a few short minutes. I can give more info to that after further use. My salesman, Jake was of great help in his professional knowledge of the unit l purchased.

This was the first time I'd had to buy maintenance parts for my at home concentrator. The alarm lights were on and I was worried. I called the store # even though it was a weekend. I got a call back from Todd . He was really personable and knew exactly what I needed. It was ordered in no time and arrived in 3 days. I really appreciate the service I received.
