Cairefree Style is awesome and so is this company!
Debbie M was the most helpful that I could have asked for! She was fabulous. When I received my POC, the strap was not in the package and she immediately had one sent to me. I am disappointed that it is still heavy to me, but I guess it's the nature of the beast. It has worked very well for me and I love that I can plug it into my car to keep the battery going. I did order the backpack but soon found out that that wasn't going to work for me. I only go from my house to the car and I have to take it off to get in the car. If I'm running errands, it's difficult to put it on and off.

Fast & Efficient
I needed a small used battery for my Inogen G5 portable unit. Found one here. Checkout was fast and efficient, and shipping was pretty quick, too. No complaints from me.

The fact that I could get my failing concentrator replaced in a decent amount of time is great. The fact that I had to pay$99 for the replacement while it is still under warranty is disturbing.

UPS route was ridiculous!
Only issue was selection of UPS as carrier. FedEx ground is normally more reliable.
