They sent me wrong machine
They sent me wrong machine, so I had frustrating time sending it back,they sent no return label ,after several calls they finally mailed one then it was up to me to track ups man down.Then my return was worse to get back than ups man,many calls later and about 3 weeks I got return difference.So needless to say that wasn't fun.

I paid for 2 day delivery
I paid for 2 day delivery, did not receive my oxygen until 6 days later. I found the help very poorly prepared in customer service. I explained how it could be done very easily.....response was we don"t do that......sorry folks , this is oxygen we are ordering, not a shirt.

The oxygen concentrator showed up with …
The oxygen concentrator showed up with all three batteries dead. This concentrator was for my grandmother for a plane ride out of state. For someone who needs constant oxygen this was completely unacceptable.

Price gouging
Found that your prices are 3 plus time the price of other suppliers. My fault for not checking soon enough. PLUS, your delivery is extremely slow. Will refuse shipment and stop payment if not received by 2/13/2017.

false pricing
They don't tell you when you buy the unit, the price they give for a portable Oxygen concentrator does not include the $ 300.00 dollars extra for the battery . How is it portable with out a battery ? People who order this should know up front that this price . Very deceptive adverting !!
