B. Howell was the person that contacted me. I was a little leery at first as I do not trust the people that come across the computer. After I talked to him and he was able to answer some of my questions and recommend the portable oxygen tank that would help me and it was at a lower price than what had been quoted to me by others and we went ahead and ordered. The company was very good at giving me tracking information. When I received that machine I read the directions and it was simple to put together. I am just now trying it out. I might have wished that I had a 16 cell battery instead of 8. Thank goodness it is FAA approved as I do fly with it.
