The oxygen carry cart is very sturdy…
The oxygen carry cart is very sturdy and convenient. I just wish it had some sort of strap. I use the handle the carrying case it's in to slip over the handle.

Prescription problems
The representative with whom I worked tried very hard to get the concentrator to me in a timely manner. Something about their email system would not receive the attachment of the prescription when it came from me. It was frustrating but worked out in the end, just in the nick of time.

The people were great. Be careful what you promise.…
The people were great but my only complaint was I bought it on Thursday and was told it would be overnight I received it on tuesday.
