We had nothing but trouble with the …
We had nothing but trouble with the unit we rented! We told them that when we returned it but they still charged us ft the entire bill. They didn't care that we had some problems.

Worst communication with any vendor ever. Maybe can take some classes from amazon in customer service?

The portable oxygen did not work!
The portable oxygen did not work! Having a very difficult time returning since last two weeks .michael ,who sold the unit, Ikeeps telling me that customer service will get back to me but they have not. Now I cannot get in touch with Michael as calls go through to his voice mail and he has not returned email message Paul answered the phone call on may 5 at 1240 EST and was very rude by constantly interrupting me and by repeatedly telling me about customer service and refused to forward me to a supervisor I wish I never heard of this company

Machine is big and noisy
Machine is big and noisy. Ad said was one of the quietest! Not so! Also makes a humming and vibrating noise that will only quiet down when machine is shaken. Would have called about it sooner but have had many health issues and time has gotten away from me. I am very unhappy with this machine as compared with the others I've had. Also, this machine is much bigger than my last one and it is blue! Would prefer black or beige, something neutral in color. I want to send it back. Please help!!
