Your tech support was excellent and then when we were transferred back to the original call you showed the best alternative. There was no pressure but you explained how to go about explained the differences gave us pricing and then shipping price. You were able to get it here with two day shipping and in time for his surprise party. He just retired after 55 years of teaching high school and was inducted into the Guinness World Book of Records. You all were exceptional. Thank you Eileen Savage

Katie from the sales team was so helpful. She knew exactly what machine would work best for my father-in-law. We ultimately bought the machine and it was just delivered to my father-in-law. We will be working with the Support Team to set it up. We are very happy with the machine and each team member we have interacted with.

The first concentrator malfunctioned right out of the box. After some give and take, we did a UPS exchange that took only a couple of days. The new concentrator works fine.
