Excellent customer service

Rinse with Warm Water: Before using the cannulas, rinse them thoroughly with warm water. This can help remove any residual odors from manufacturing. 2. Soak in Vinegar Solution: Soak the cannulas in a solution of equal parts water and white vinegar for about 30 minutes, then rinse them thoroughly with warm water. Vinegar is effective in neutralizing odors. 3. Air Dry: After rinsing, let the cannulas air dry completely before use. Quick warranty service
The service was great, but I felt that the Rep on the phone wasn't taking my view seriously that the problem was the fan. Yes, overheating can be caused by a number of things, but I'd been having problems with loud fan noise and overheating since I first got the unit.

You are marketing great products
You are marketing great products. But because there has been so much confusion over Liz’s name as the person who did the research and my name as the person who actually purchased the unit, I did not give you a five star rating. It also took many emails back-and-forth to even get a shipping label Nevertheless, I think you were trying to do a very good job and I appreciate that.

I am happy to get have my oxygen concentrator returned and working.
I am happy to get a well working oxygen concentrator back. It did take almost 3 weeks to get it back. Fortunately, my condition was able to get along without the supplemental oxygen during the time with no machine.
