1 is a little harsh but i need someones attention fast. Alex Vetzel was great. He even called on day off to return my car. Kudos to him We bought a used inogen g4 and think it has a problem. I called alex he reported it last week and no one has called. It was a $2000 investment and expect speedier service to problems. I have to take my mom out Wed and am now afraid to. She is on level 2.5 for 24/7.

Wrong address. Horrible response time. Never a live person when calling in. Sorry. We never received concentrator and had to order another to make sure my mother would be ok. The portable backpack stopped working on the plane, and only came with one battery. The battery on plan died immediately.

Customer service stinks!

very bad services for customers.

stated i would get a full refund and they would send me some optional equip i could view and didn't. now they want to change the way everything is done. They keep telling me the refund is on its way and then i get nothing.

I asked for the main filter for my concentrator. They told me it was $10 but I could get it next day for $30. They sent me the wrong filter. they sent me a little strip of foam and it cost me $30. I had plenty of that crap laying around my shop. I needed the MAIN filter. This customer service rep. should have known that a little flat piece of foam was not the main filter. Anyway, it was a total loss since $20 was shipping and have to pay to ship it back. My refund would have probably been $0.20. This was a very bad transaction. I got a filter the next day from a company that knew what they were doing.

The battery that I paid $70 extra for did not hold a charge for more than 30 minuets at a time, while being plugged into the wall the concentrator went off in the middle of the night and another night it would not charge or work while plugged into the wall. Each incident left my mother without oxygen. She’s oxygen dependent 24/7. This is completely unacceptable. Especially considering the amount that i paid in advance. Delivered to hotel and couldn't be found. I called but no one their and only had phone for Laura Martinez and she was gone I couldn't talk to any one till the next day can't get a holed of anyone eles
