After speaking with you today, we answered your billing questions. On the tubing, the cannula sets were included at no charge to you, but we understand they aren’t useful when your concentrator is connected to a CPAP. In most cases, we only know a CPAP connection is needed if a customer mentions it or if a CPAP is purchased through us. However, we appreciate your feedback and will consider it in improving our process. Echoing what we clarified on the call, your unit was still under warranty, and you absolutely could have sent it in for warranty repairs. The $99 fee you mentioned applies to our optional rapid exchange program, which provides a fully-tested refurbished replacement right away for customers who cannot be without oxygen while their unit is being repaired.
