To clarify, your portable oxygen unit is covered under a 3-year warranty; however, the issue involves the columns, which carry a 1-year warranty and therefore are no longer covered under the manufacturer's warranty. We did review available options with you, including offering a recertified replacement unit (REX) to minimize downtime, but you preferred not to go that route. Once a unit is sent in for service, the typical turnaround time—including shipping and repair—is approximately 2–3 weeks. We know that can feel like a long time when you rely on your equipment, and we are actively working to complete your repair and return it as quickly as possible.
