I had been desperately searching for help after being provided with a Rhythm POC from my Oxygen Company, Naples Oxygen. But, they could not give me any information as they said, they only handle oxygen not POC's. I tried Buffalo as that is who bills me, but they could not help or answer any questions either. I received no information, no instructions—nothing. It was an incredibly overwhelming experience, especially with an upcoming air travel plan. I couldn’t even reach a real person on the phone—until I met Tracy. After nearly four frustrating hours and ending up in tears, Tracy came to my rescue. She was kind, empathetic, and incredibly knowledgeable. She patiently walked me through everything I needed to know: how to use the machine, how to store it properly, and—most importantly—how many batteries I would need for travel. I am beyond grateful. Thanks to her guidance, I now plan to purchase three additional batteries for the rental unit—something I didn’t even realize I had signed for, as I was never given any documentation or support beforehand. Tracy is truly a compassionate and helpful person who made a world of difference in my life. I’ve saved her name and number in my phone, and now I know exactly who to call when I have questions or need assistance. I honestly can’t say “thank you” enough. Tracy, you are amazing!!!!! PS: Tracy, I'm in Naples, Fl, but I used to live in Aurora, CO! What a coincidence.! Hugs!
