It is not your fault. Without seeing the remote device or being able to test it, there was no way of knowing it would not fit my needs. I do think manufacturers or inventers should come up with a simple remote control for 02 concentrators. With the technology out there this should not be rocket science and would be really helpful.

I was looking forward to receiving the concentrator, much to my dismay it had not lived up to my expectations. The oxygen smells funny, unlike my precious tank style that was odorless. It took 5 days to receive it. If I need a replacement due to the unit not working would I have to wait that long? . Another company I was dealing with promised me a 24 hour delivery and replacement in case of failure. The unit, with a small battery is heavier than I expected. And the battery time is used up unusually fast. Also, and this is cosmetic only, there is a black mark underneath the plastic covering over the operating buttons. I am seriously considering the smaller unit in this brand or another brand. I called my representative today to discuss these matters , actually it was a return of his call but I have not heard from him

two batteries were sent to my mother and neither of them worked. We were then told that as soon as the 'tracking on the return' had been made, the replacement would be sent. It is now a week later and I get a call asking to verify information on the new piece of equipment. Outright lies.

Who concentrator failed within the first month. Reported the failure on February 25. Requested expedited replacement was told I would have to pay the expedited shipping charges for their failed product. Today is March 2 and I still haven’t received a replacement

Worst customer support ever. Very bad sale presentation allows them to present image of item not included in package. When Custer service was requested to escalate the call it was given to another rep who promised a call back. Buyer beware of bate and switch sales. Missing product was twice the price of original product. Wasted my money and never received a callback as promised. If I could give a negative 10 I would.

Battery prices to high

I have purchased 2 InogenOne G3 concentraters and I am completely satisfied. I wish they were constant flow type, but they aren’t. We have two homes and I have one at each for convenience.

My experience since I purchased an oxygen concentrator from them has been not only horrible, but honestly dangerous to my health when the machine needed when flying DOES NOT WORK! Thanks for the reply. Looking forward to the three options you provided to get this behind me so I can focus on the more serious issues of surviving with this disability. Note: Referred my friend to you two weeks ahi because your employees are so nice. Just gotta get reliable product resolved.
