Repeat Customer
Third time I have done business with The Oxygen Concentrator Store and with Nick Vannatta. It was a seamless process. They are friendly and the most helpful people. Everything was on time and executed perfectly. People with lung issues want no hassle, great service, which is a rare thing to find these days, but Nick and this company deliver the best.

Trust the experts!
I am a previous owner of an oxygen concentrator purchased from the Oxygen Concentrator Store. When I called the toll free number Thatcher Mills answered my call. Within seconds he pulled up my info and told him I wanted to reorder the same machine. He said that would be fine, but wanted tell me about a new machine that's smaller and quieter than the brand I had purchased earlier. I've had the new machine for a couple of weeks and I love it. Thank you Thatcher!!
Response from Oxygen Concentrator StoreSep 7, 2025
Thank you, David! We’re so glad Thatcher was able to not only assist with your reorder but also introduce you to a newer, quieter, and more compact machine that’s working out great for you. We truly appreciate your continued trust in us—it means a lot. If you ever need anything else, feel free to reach out—we’re here to help!

I have bought products from the Oxygen…
I have bought products from the Oxygen Concentrator Store since 2012. The sales & service people are real professionals. I have purchased multiple concentrators from them & have been very happy with all of them. The rare times I’ve needed service the issue can usually be handled on the phone. I highly recommend them.

I recently sent my Sequal Eclipse 5…
I recently sent my Sequal Eclipse 5 back in a second time because of a rattle/vibration. I received it back two days ago and it is running great. As quiet or more so than ever. I want to thank Tammy, Andrew and the service tech, name unknown, for all their help. As my warranty runs out very soon I hope and pray it runs well for a long time to come. Thanks again, Ron Mondlak Repair # 78515
