Excellent all around
Excellent all around. I would have given 5 stars, but had to call to find out what was actually found wrong and how my concentrator was repaired. Turn around time on repair was speedy.

The salesman was great but the used…
The salesman was great but the used battery I bought for my oxy generator is pretty close to junk.

The time it's taken care of is great
The time it's taken care of is great. But it cost is not so great .it cost me 124.00 for free repairs. I'm retired so I'm on a strict budget. So124.dollars are alot for me to pay .

The sales staff is knowledgeable and…
The sales staff is knowledgeable and polite. The shipping went as I was told it would. The concentrator works fine right out of the box. Nice of you to throw in a cannula when the manufacturer doesn’t! One thing that’s a drawback is when setting the timer is that you can set it for 300 minutes and no more. That’s only 5 hours :-( your doctor will say you need 6 at a minimum
