You sent the wrong item and have refused to respond to inquiries. I've dealt with you for a number of years - no more.

I talked to Doug who offered a preowned unit in place of the unit I have in for repair. I reserve further comment on this issue until I receive the unit and it is reliable. It's been too hard a battle with this company to take them at their word.

The machine arrived in good time. Put it together. Not hard. Will not work. Am waiting for a call from customer service.

Initially I was quite pleased with the response. After a short period of time, I dealt with approximately 8 different people—no two gave the same advice/suggestions. My last contact was after receiving a text, I called because the person who text said they had a number of ideas to help. This time when I called once again I was told the person who’d asked that I call wasn’t in. Then, to my utter dismay I was told there was NO help for my problem; that I had to contact the company I bought it from. My experience was NOT a good one!

1st machine sent did not last a year. Was sent a used machine for a replacement and it has not lasted 16 days. Save your money they want to sell to you but service - forget it. Not happy at all. Had my 93 year old mother with me 45 minutes from home... God was with me. I am on oxygen 24/7 but not with this machine. Lucky I can go to the store 1 mile up the road and back and it work.
