The sales people with this company are amazing!
I purchased a stationary oxygen concentrator from this company several years ago and have been very satisfied with it. Our summer home is at 9500 feet in elevation and this year the doctor prescribed supplemental oxygen for my wife as well. I called the store and was greeted by Nick who remembered me and he had record of the machine that I purchased. I ordered another one and it was shipped UPS with delivery the next day! I can’t remember when I have gotten such remarkable customer service!

While visiting friends in Florida
While visiting friends in Florida, my aunt had a hospitalization for new heart failure on top of existing lung damage. She became oxygen dependent. When released from the hospital, I had to find a portable oxygen concentrator for the plane ride back to MA. The home oxygen company did not sell them out right and her insurance did not approve this type of equipment. Our flight was on Wednesday afternoon. On Monday afternoon, I called and spoke to Nick Vanatta. I explained what I needed and that I needed it overnight. He took the order and got the order started. I got the home O2 company to send us the order. The next morning around 10 AM, I received the concentrator order. Nick was also available for questions once I started to use it. We were able to fly home as scheduled. This scale does not apply to Nick. He is at least a 20 out of 5! Thank you so very much for helping us. I highly recommend!

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re incredibly glad Nick was able to step in during such a stressful situation and ensure your aunt had the oxygen she needed for the flight home. Getting everything arranged and delivered so quickly, along with support after delivery, is exactly the kind of care we strive to provide. We’ll be sure to pass your kind words along to Nick (we agree—20 out of 5 is well earned!). If you ever need anything else, feel free to reach out—we’re here to help!
