The lady was nice and helped make…
The lady was nice and helped make suggestions on how to save some money supposedly. Not thrilled with some of the features but that's not on them, its on Inogen. Packaging was phenomonal.

Drew, a very good employee
Drew who I talked to on the phone, when I called in , to inquire about the backpack for a Inogen one G4 was very helpful and polite. He gave me options, on possible ideas that , I hadn’t thought of. He’s knowledgeable and an asset to the company. He made it stress free and easy for me to make my decision.

Satisfaction Maximum!!!
It was so easy to purchase the concentrator and it meets the needs that I am needing to travel with the lighter weight of the unit...I use my Portable, but when the time is extended long, I need a stationary unit in which this gave me the option..Works Great! Very Quiet! Love It! Thank you..
