Respect & patience
When I told Lorenzo that I would have to think about it until the first part of Sept. He didn't bother me, in fact I called him. I couldn't afford a new Inogen Rove6. He found me a reconditioned one for a decent price. I am not always friendly with salesmen. Lorenzo was very patient & explained a lot of things I didn't know about concentrators. He needs an atta-boy!

Thatcher was very patient with me as I am 83 years old and get confused easily. He was helpful in explaining the unit I got and then I changed my mind and purchased a lighter weight unit

Great Unit
I worked with a very knowledgeable salesperson, and the unit is working great - much easier than having to take the large cylinders everywhere. It arrived within 2 days and the price was reasonable.
