Great customer service
Chris Hollis, our representative we worked with us on the phone, was very helpful. He led us through the options available to discuss the best machine for our needs. He threw in some extra hoses and fittings to per our request. He got the order out quick and was quick to call back with answers to my questions post sale.

Hardware is hardware, but customer service is extraordinary at the Oxygen Concentrator Store.
Hardware is hardware and gear is gear, but Lorenzo Castaneda, Neal Dodda with whom I worked when purchasing a portable oxygen concentrator, were the best of the best, particularly these days when customer service is frequently a misnomer They were articulate, knowledgeable, personable and helpful and if I ever need anything else to help me breathe I'll be calling them. More recently, post purchase, I had the pleasure of working with Tammi on some technical issues and she straightened it all out in short order.

oxygen concentrator casing support
you have a great internet port. the back pack for my portable oxygen concentrator is five star. The carry bag for my concentrator could use a better design. one must remove the concentrator to replace the battery as well as to plug in the concentrator to charge the devise. My other case had a hole in the bag design to plug in the charger and a zipper exit flap to pull down the devise and replace the battery without removing the concentrator from the bag. The case fabric is excellent,as well as the color. excellent job there. I also like the extra padding to protect the devise dropped.
