Fantastic speedy parts shipment. Knocked the part off the cannula fits into. Doesn't work without it. Very quick fix. The customer service really cared.

My daughter called the Oxygen Concentrator Store and talked to a live person! We couldn't find a wall charger in our state and I was flying in five days. I found one online and she called and ordered it. It was arriving the day I was to fly. She called back and asked to have it shipped faster (at our expense), which they did. They recalled the first order and shipped another and it arrived 3 days before I left.

Neal was great help. I can not say enough about him. From speaking to him on the phone to receiving his email with a recommendation on which concentrator to purchase. Once the purchase was made I paid for second day delivery, my wife needed the oxygen desperately. I placed the order on the 17th Neal made sure it shipped that day. The 18th around 830 pm I received a email from UPS the delivery was delayed 3 days. I emailed Neal at around 830 pm pacific time Neal called me instantly. He worked on his end and the delivery was made the 19th. Neal went above and beyond. I highly recommend this company and highly recommend you ask for Neal.

On my second machine. my first was used and did its job. It gave me my freedom over tanks. love my golf and going out to dinner. Thanks. but with its age I wasn't confident on using it when going on long trips. So, the best recommendation is buying the same machine except the new generation. Now confident when on trips and using it 24/7. thanks again
Response from Oxygen Concentrator StoreSep 28, 2025
