I originally bought the concentrator like 3 years ago. It was very helpful for my husband. Sadly he passed away almost a year ago with emphysema. Now a friend really needed help for her mom. In my move. I lost the charging cords. Very easy to talk to someone ( real person) and order the new ones. Thank you.

Was very prompt upon arrival. Was very quick in replacing a tower that was needed for my Inogen 4 plus running a diagnostic on my Inogen 4, which I didn't request. But was very appreciative of them doing it.
