The machine arrived in a opened carton repacked improperly. The muffler on, I guess, the pressure relief valve is not adequate it sounds quite loud and disturbs sleep. Disposal of the machine should be made apparent before purchase. No mention of possibility of reselling machine if only 10 hours of use has occurred. Noise level of machine prohibits sleeping in the same room with out ear plugs

The after hours and weekend emergency support is far below standards when in the biz of selling life support equipment. But other than that they are good.

too hard to order multiple units. For example, i tried to order three adult canulles for my machine but could not.

Well, this survey was actually sent to the wrong person. We used Oxygen Concentrator Store over 2 years ago, and then they accidentally put our e-mail on somebody else's account. Stuff keeps coming to us that doesn't belong to us. That said, OUR transaction was fine. Would be five stars except we keep getting other peoples' mail in our inbox...

I received great customer service from the people on the phone. Unfortunately when my first machine stopped working properly, they sent me a new one, but not without a lot of arguing with the manufacturer. The manufacturer wanted to replace it with a repaired unit... My only issue now is that with the new machine it should have come with a whole new warranty period. I was told that it would only be covered for the remainder of warranty period from the original purchase date. I think that's a lousy way of doing business!!!

Your sales people are completely oblivious to the fact that they are dealing with terminally sick people , In my case i purchased a oxygen concentrator and told the sales person that I would get the prescription for it within a month due to the fact we were having 20 degree days this winter but he became very pushy with me over the prescription as soon as I received the concentrator until I sent him pictures of one of the serious medical issues i was dealing with at the time . please don't forget you are dealing with very sick people most of the time . Thank You.

My review would be higher if they would not bombard me with emails and offers so often. How many oxygen concentrators do they think I need?

We had Oxygen delivered for an Airline Trip from Boston, Massachusetts to Phoenix, Arizona. The Batteries arrived Not Charged. The Batteries don' the last long, and very difficult to replace while in Flight.
