The Unit I have was $4000 with the additional, used for 2 months. Then packed safely away. Offer was insulting that was quoted to buy back my unit. There was no person to person time, very sad way to do business. New unit almost twice what I paid cash for mine. You should be happy the person that sold the unit to me in 2018 had Customer Service education and people skills or you would be out of business

They use UPS for shipping, who was supposed to deliver next day. Originally this "Store" was going to charge me $200 for over-night delivery. I maybe should have maybe stopped then, but they dropped price to $60. Of course then UPS was supposed to deliver on Thursday AM 2/23 which did not happen. I was in the middle of moving in between Airbnb locations. BTW, my WAZE was able to get me to the eact Airbnb location that mini-CPAP was shipping to, but UPS repeatedly said they could not find. Never delivered 2/24, not even by Monday 2/27. I was told I could get Sat delivery if I wanted to [waste] and pay more $$. Monday the 2/27 I told them to cancel order, and request reimbursement for failed delivery charges ($60) which they refused to honor. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

No service after the sale and charge more than the manufacturer does. My wife's concentrator died after less than 2 years. These people just gave me the ol' runaround, never returning calls. This is the first and LAST time I will do business with these people. Edit: Over 10 days after the original post i got a reply. Well, if you read this you blew it. I purchased a brand new unit elsewhere. You can screw me over once, but never twice.
