I expressed multiple times that I must have an adapter/connector for my Oxygen to be connected and used with my Bipap at night. I even verified this, by phone, the day before the concentrator was shipped. Still I did not get the connector. I had to choose between using Oxygen with my O2 Sats at 77-80% or my Bipap for severe sleep apnea.

Purchased an Inogen One G4 Output Filter Kit 404 and the included spanner wrench would not fit over the cannula nozzle fitting. After three unproductive email exchanges and three telephone calls I decided to enlarge the wrench hole with my power drill. Success! I just gave up seeking Concentrator Store corrective assistance.

Very informative site. But shipping prices are higher than they should be.

This unit does exactly what it is supposed to do. The main problem is the time delay on the start button. In the dark I use feeling to find and push the button, so when I think I'm pushing the "button" and nothing happens it's irritating, especially if I am pushing on the button. This happens when I go to bed after my wife and don't want to wake her by turning on a light.

I find that at the smallest tap. the concentrator goes into error mode and turns off...I have to restart it and again wait...It has happened to often for my liking....

It over heated needed to be sent back, the carrying case zipper got stuck and could not get it fixed, had to buy a new one. There is much that I like about it, but I have to use the 8 hr batteries.

The store was helpful in obtaining the concentrator, but the equipment was cumbersome, noisy and difficult to keep batteries charged.
