Dear Mr. Aurelio, Thank you for your feedback. We have tried repeatedly to assist you with repairing your unit. As you know, pre-owned units have a limited warranty and your unit is and has been out of warranty. None-the-less, we have made multiple attempts to troubleshoot and repair your unit remotely. We have exhausted our service options. Unfortunately, most failures with this unit can not be diagnosed and repaired remotely and require being returned to us for repair. Any repairs on this machine needs to be completed in either our repair center or the manufacturer’s repair center. We have offered you the standard repair alternatives for out-of-warranty units that are offered by the manufacturer but you have refused. We have repeatedly requested that you send the unit back to us so we can evaluate it for repair in our repair facility but you have refused. As a last resort, we request you to contact Inogen Repairs Facility in Mexico at Email: [email protected] or Phone: +011 525555891053 or +011 55 56026944 (Mexico). Their qualified repair technician will be able to repair your unit as quickly as possible. Also, this will save you some shipping charges. We are always there with our customers and will always address your concerns with high priority. Best regards.
