Faulty Battery Replacement
Replacement of a faulty battery was handled efficiently for my Rove 4. I paid for a new one so it could be send right away. Then soon after I sent the faulty one back I received a credit for the new one that I had paid for.

Truly great service and follow up after…
Truly great service and follow up after I made an online inquiry. They followed up with an informative call and helped me to make an informed decision on my replacement concentrator. The product I bought was so much quieter than any other concentrator I've owed.

The staff at the Oxygen Concentrator…
The staff at the Oxygen Concentrator Store were very helpful. I do have a beef with the designers of the Rove 6, however. Given that your target market is people who get out of breath easily, why on earth would you design a product that refuses to give a breath if one is breathing more often than once every two seconds? Also, unlike the G3 backpack, the one for the Rove6 is not at all water-resistant and one must take the unit out to charge it.
