I was researching online to see what the best POC for my needs was since I only needed it for air travel until I came across the Oxygen Concentrator store. I found the website to be very informative. I decided to call in to ask more questions about the Caire Freestyle comfort unit as well as other units, and little did I know that I'd have such an amazing customer service experience with Chris Hollis. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and professional and attentive to my needs. He was able to provide options and was very responsive when reaching out via email. Based on all the information he provided to me and my husband (and boy did we ask a ton of questions!), we were able to decide on purchasing the Caire Freestyle comfort unit along with the required batteries for our trip to Europe. The unit performed beautifully on the flights, and we had no issues with the batteries either. Overall, our experience with this company and Chris Hollis was outstanding and I would totally recommend it to anyone looking for a POC. Trust me, you will not be disappointed as you will be speaking with a real person, not a machine. Thank you Chris for making this purchase so easy for us!!

I spoke with Chris Hollis about my issue with the cord to charge the poc in my car. It quit working. So Chris, who is very nice and helpful, guided me to the service department. They were also very nice and helpful. I received the cord the next week and I am very happy! Thank you to everyone invokved.

We had issues with the first two concentrators we tried---battery recharging and power, getting enough oxygen to meet needs, etc. But everyone was so helpful. We got one concentrator returned, another sent to us, in such an easy way. it went smoothly and without a lot of hassle. When we had questions someone answered them quickly. Problems? Someone was there to help. Even if we couldn't reach a specific person, someone else was there to help. We now have a new concentrator (different kind, same company), the third one, and it is working very well. Provides enough oxygen, small, easy to transport and carry. Only issue we still have is that the batteries that we have, have only a life of 1-1.5 hours. That isn't much no matter what we do. So you end up using two batteries to get enough time to go somewhere out of the house. Considering the issues we had, which weren't the companies but rather the concentrators, they were really helpful, professional, nice, and competent. And it wasn't the concentrators themselves-- it was more the batteries. But it could have also been the wording in the manual that referred to usable time for the battery when it should have said "batteries" (you need two to get 3 hours as stated).
