You advertise your Inogen G3 to weigh only 2.8 pounds but you don't say that when you add the large battery pack, it weighs closer to 10 pounds. Since I already have to use a walker (rollator) it's no great big deal as I can put it on the seat but otherwise I would be unable to use it.

Had what I needed but cost to shop across town was more than product.

Was told by sales rep that the simply flo would come with a DC car adapter. When unit arrived no dc adapter.Called Carlos and then was advised this would be a extra $95.00. I sure hate being lied to.

Honestly, it is difficult to maneuver the oxygen concentrator . It won't stay on my shoulder so I have to carry it. Since I also use a cane, I have difficulty carrying it along with anything else.
