The Associate was very helpful
The Associate was very helpful. The back pack is high quality. I purchased an inexpensive 12" DC power cord extension from Amazon to make connection easier and allow the vents to be unobstructed.

I spoke to a sales person who was…
I spoke to a sales person who was professional. I told him what I was looking for and he found a couple models that suited my needs. I was concerned that the model I wanted was not rated to be very quiet. The sales person assured me that it was. He had it shipped to my house in two days. The machine has been all that I was looking for in an oxygen concentrator and it is quiet

Rep made a suggestion and I went with it
Rep suggested a particular 5L in home O2 conc. I had not seen this brand before but took his advice. Really nice unit, runs very quietly and performs as expected. Thanks for the helpful suggestion

Keep working at getting the machine.
We had to order the machine which was complicated and difficult; however, the personnel helped us much. Machine is very quiet too. Thanks.
