The battery that came with my Inogen unit only lasts 2 and one half hours I was told it was a 6 to 8 hour battery for the money I paid I want a replacement

Service was ok.. Initial phone conversation to see about sending my Inogen in for repair was nice and helpful, the girl worked with me on the steps to get my machine to them, but when the service was complete, this same person was kind of abrupt. I asked what was repaired and was told and I just asked a couple questions on why something needed repair after little use and only over a year old, she did not explain that very well, made it sound like it was my fault by not using it enough and as soon as I paid for the service she just hung up.

Fast turn on repair. However, I was shocked by the price of replacement oxygen columns. $175 versus $118 when purchased from Inogen. Not sure I understand that price disparity.
