The usage of empathy when stating that it would take 4 to 6 weeks to get my unit back, made me feel like you were trying to put sugar on a bad situation. I understand that it got delayed as I had sent the unit to Texas. It ended up being over 3 months. Hello WAKE up! People out here like myself NEED our O2. I paid a lot of money for this concentrator and it's my second one. Neither the product or the service deserve my empathy!

My concentrator was acting up so I sent it back for repair (took 2 weeks plus shipping time). When I got it back, still not turning on so rep said it was my cord. Paid $160? for new cord. Worked a bit but made humming noise, then said low oxygen or oxygen problem. The store wanted me to send it back again and I refused. Then they would send out another in exchange for $199 and I lost it at the rep. They agreed no charge and exchange when delivered. Ok fine. When I first tracked it was sent to NJ where I bought the original one while I was on vacation. Had to call and stop that delivery. It was turned around and directed to my correct address. When ups got here, the package was on the truck, but marked-Do Not Deliver-so I couldn’t have it. Never did figure out who wrote that! Called store again and they were going to call ups and get back to me. Never got a call back, but a few days later the driver knocked on my door and we exchanged devices. It was an awful experience waiting and calling and tracking all day, every day! Now when I turn on the device, I hold my breathe and hope for the best.

Originally I gave them 5 stars for quick delivery of a display unit that was priced in my budget. However my father passed away before we had a chance to use the unit. I had it in my house for less than 10 days, never used it only charged it. I asked for a refund and was shocked that even unused they required a 25% restock fee plus $20 for a return label. Never in my life has a company disappointed me so much. I understand the restock fee if we just changed our minds, but to have Dad pass away and then get hit with a $512.50 restock fee is unacceptable. I will not recommend this company

The company and the people are good and helpful, but the salesman choice of an oxygen machine for me was terrible, he did not give me a brand. or enough information, so am having to send it back. it is in the mail, but I could not find the canulas they sent so they will have to charge me for them. I hated the machine they sent and am getting as much of a refund as i am due.

Why did you not tell me that you were not with Medicare or any other insurances. Before you talked to me

Very, very disappointed in the follow-through after sale with this company. I believed that with my guarantee still in place I would be getting an all-new unit. Also, I have no instructions on what to do with the part of the unit left behind with me. It must be mine to sell, right? Too many inconsistencies and loose ends with this transcation.

On November 29 I placed a call to the local store trying to order 2 new batteries for my Eclipse 5. I was told there were none to be had BUT I could buy a "like new" used battery and a rapid charger for $475. Wasn't fond of this idea but I needed more battery for a trip. The rep requested a card to complete the deal. I, a trusting soul, gave her my card number. A couple of hours later the rep called back and said there were no batteries but would I like to go ahead and buy the charger, I said no and was was told the told the order had been canceled. I asked about the charges that were in my bank pending account. The rep said to call bank, I did and was told they would not release funds until company canceled the request. Emailed rep and asked her to please do something to refund my money. Rep emailed me back and again said call the bank. I did, bank said (for the 2nd time) they cannot stop pending without company approval. Called the rep again and left message to please cancel this deal---she would not take a phone call. It is now Dec.7th and I STILL have not gotten my $475 back. It is 17 days to Christmas, I need my money. I would never use this company again.

Inefficient. Staff not trained and knowledgeable. Units not tested for customers prior to renters. Delivery takes too long. Doesn’t have enough rentals available.
