AMSR has always had just what we needed, whether it was a brand-new POC or a refurbished one when our new one was dropped. In addition, we were sold a very nice OxyHome floor unit. Chris Hollis has been our top-notch salesman, and everyone in the repair department have been very helpful and efficient in getting a repair set up for our OxyHome. AMSR keeps accurate records of all transactions, which is really nice when guarantees come into play.

I did all of my due diligence before shopping for any portable oxygen concentrator, however, when I initially chatted with John Paige I was immediately leaning towards doing business with him. He answered all of our questions and we asked for a few days to think it over. John reconnected with us those few days later, answered a few more questions and again we asked him to wait another day after we consulted with our doctor. Within a weeks time, we contacted John, went over our exact specifications, asked a few more questions, got the answers we were looking for and John made it all happen. This is a high ticket item to purchase, especially without any reimbursement coming from our healthcare insurers. They considered our present oxygen system of portable tanks to be sufficient and meeting our needs. John worked his magic and was able to provide us with some discounts, especially on the shipping costs. Throughout this transaction, I was put at ease with his professionalism, his knowledge of the products offered, his speak easy tone, never pushing for a sale. We received our Inogen Rove 6 the day before Thanksgiving, 2 days after we placed our order. And did I mention, we live in Hawaii.
