I bought a Caire freestyle comfort from them approximately 3 years ago. Needed to send it in for service so I bought a second one. Service was amazing. They sent me my new machine with all the packing materials I needed to send the first one in for repairs. They serviced the original machine and it was returned to me in perfect working order in less than 10 days. I will always use them for my oxygen needs.

I’ve been using this Oxygen since 2015. I’ve been pleased with the service I received and Nick helps me buy batteries and other equipment I need at that time. Recently I called about my machine telling me I needed to buy the columns, I had just replaced them about two months ago and normally when you replace them they last for one year. Nick had them call me back and they responded within 1/2 hour. The technician sent me the download and I did the download and still was having the same problem so they sent me a replacement and sent me the return label. I had miss placed the phone number to the technician so I called Nick and the technician called me back within 1/2 hour. Wanted to tell them I needed 3 more days before they would get the machine back. They appreciated that I called back and asked them if I could get 3 more days to send it back. Unfortunately I can’t remember her name but she appreciated that I called to ask for more time. If you’re needing a portable oxygen tank this is the best company to use for your oxygen tanks. I’m not sure if Medicare covers any of the cost because I wasn’t 65 and I payed full price for mine and I needed a big oxygen tank to have when I’m sleeping.
